This new build home was a replacement to a former dwelling with the same footprint. The original house being on the road front was shifted back further into the site. Set amongst the Surrey Hills this rendered property was built as an “upside-down” house to allow the owner the best of views from the first floor and secluded, quiet sleeping quarters on the ground floor. Including air-conditioning, Lutron Lighting, automatic blinds, fully integrated AV, security and Ubiquiti network, PV Solar and storage battery this home was designed to very modern standards. The house was completed with an extensive landscaping project.
