We heard about Compass Construction as they had recently completed a couple of new build houses in our road. They looked good and we managed to take a look round them so we knew the high quality Compass produced. They were also recommended to us by a neighbour as a good company to work with.

We chose Compass out of four bidders to build our new contemporary home. The quotes were similar but we chose them because we could tell we would get on well with Steve and Richard, the owners.

They are excellent with a very professional but easy to get on with attitude and an eye for detail and quality. We did an almost full knockdown then rebuild of a brick and stone house in the heart of the Surrey Hills and they did a beautiful job; on time, on budget and not one argument or problem that was not immediately sorted.
