Having professional guidance when selecting a finished specification can be invaluable in helping to source new, innovative and project-appropriate products that aren’t always available on the high-street. Specification choices are very often the point at which a project can run into overtime. Compass Construction’s specifications service ensures a continuity of time and budget management and extends to a review of proposed internal layouts to ensure items such as plugs, cat 5 wiring, sockets, heating controls and other elements are correctly positioned and suit the use of the spaces being built.

To date Compass Construction has installed a variety of renewable eco solutions into builds, including Rainwater Recycling, Photovoltaic Panels, Solar Panels, Air Source Heat Pumps and Ground Source Heat Pumps. We understand renewable energy sources and can recommend tried and tested systems that match your builds budget.
